About Us

Lady Cactus is a media collective focused on building community through creating content. Based in Denver, the group takes full advantage of Colorado's natural beauty in producing The Overlook Sessions. Taking bands & artists to stunning settings all across the state for acoustic sunrise sessions has caused the group to make a name for themselves locally, and they look forward to diving further into the project.

The first season of this project was filmed in summer of 2017 and included names such as Strange Americans, Kid Reverie, The Dollhouse Thieves, Chimney Choir, Alright Alright, and so many more. The season wrapped up in with a rooftop celebration in the heart of Capitol Hill, filming and recording seven bands in one night, and that momentum projectile launched the group into more seasons + projects.

Lady Cactus also books and presents shows around town, including a monthly songwriter showcase at Stem Ciders where over 200 artists have performed since 2016.
